Knots Be Gone Hair Detangler makes detangling even the toughest knots a breeze! Scented with calming jasmine, this botanical-infused blend gives your hair slip and moisture for easy manipulation to loosen those stubborn tangles and knots without weighing your hair down. By reducing tension on hair during detangling, there is significantly less breakage and hair loss. Works great on children’s hair too and pairs wonderfully with Lemongrass Leave In Conditioner.

Directions

Apply to wet, damp or dry hair and massage in gently. Begin gently detangling hair from tip to root. We recommend using a wide tooth or shower comb. Can be rinsed out or left in. Begin styling as usual.

Shake well to ensure natural ingredients are well blended

Hair Tip: For extra stubborn knots, spray on wet hair and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Then use your fingers to gently loosen the knot before detangling with a comb.

  • Aloe Vera: Moisturizes and conditions hair by smoothing the hair cuticle while coating it to seal moisture in. It also strengthens cortex of damaged hair
  • Hibiscus Flower: Repairs hair cuticle, provides nutrients to smooth and soften hair and discourages split ends to promote healthier hair.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always final sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
