With proper maintenance, this hair product will last for a long time. Without excessive use of heat, dye or chemicals - this hair will remain



To wash:

  1. Make sure hair is not tangled.
  2. Use tepid water - thoroughly cleanse the hair.
  3. Use a generic sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner - leave the conditioner in for five minutes. Rinse out hair, from top to bottom.


To dry:

  1. Gently use a towel to remove water from the hair.
  2. Brush out the hair using downward strokes, from bottom to top.
  3. The hair can be air-dried or by using a hair-dryer at a low temperature.
  4. Do not put the hair in a towel.


Styling tips:

  1. Do not use harsh products such as mousse, gel or hairspray - this will keep the hair dust-free.
  2. Try testing a small hair sample before dyeing or perming the entire hair product.
  3. Follow proper dye & perm methods to achieve desired results.
  4. Just like natural hair - you will achieve different dye results with dark & light hair.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


If one or some of the information you have provide is correct, and delivery cannot be made due to an error or fraudulent information, and any lost package due to aforementioned reasons will not be refunded or reimbursed. Purchaser takes full responsibility. Once again, is not responsible for any loss due to missing, insufficient, incorrect or fraudulent information.


It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always final sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
