Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:

* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Tools and equipment (e.g., dryers, irons, clippers, trimmers, scissors, blades, etc. But not limited to):

-Personal satisfaction does not warrant exchanges or refunds.
-If any item arrives damaged, customers must contact us immediately upon delivery. The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
