[HOW TO USE]

Apply to hair, scalp, and skin as needed. As a hot oil treatment, heat oil to a luke-warm temperature (do not overheat or boil) and apply to scalp and hair. Cover hair with a plastic cap, and leave in for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, proceed to style as usual

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

SHIPPING DEFAULT

If one or some of the information you have provide is correct, and delivery cannot be made due to an error or fraudulent information, and any lost package due to aforementioned reasons will not be refunded or reimbursed. In the event that a shipment is returned due to incorrect information provided, we kindly request that the customer bear the cost of return shipping as well as the re-sending fee, if applicable.

SHIPPING DELAY OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

We are pleased to offer our valued customers a store pickup service to make shopping more convenient. Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Return Policy

All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always final sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
— All product returns require a Return Authorization Number.
—You may obtain the Return Authorization Number through an application at HairMall.ca within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
— We are unable to take back unsealed products of hygienic and safety reasons.
