You won’t find drying sulfates in this Aunt Jackie’s cleansing recipe! When you LATHER UP, wash day will feel more like an aromatherapy experience. Aloe & Mint combined with Apple Cider Vinegar and Shea Butter help to thoroughly remove impurities and build-up while stimulating the scalp and replenishing hair with well-needed moisture. Your hair will look and feel clean and noticeably softer. This remedy is ideal for all hair types and textures and contains no petrolatum or mineral oil, so hair won’t feel heavy or attract impurities.

How to use:

Squeeze into the palm of your hand, then rub hands together and gently work into a lather on wet hair. Do not shampoo vigorously. For dense and thicker textures, form your hands like a claw, massage your scalp then gently rake through from scalp & roots to ends, carefully detangling as you go. Rinse thoroughly and repeat. For optimal results, follow with Aunt Jackie’s Hydrate Me Leave-In or Cool It rinse out conditioners, then style with Flawless Pattern Perfecting Pudding.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If one or some of the information you have provide is correct, and delivery cannot be made due to an error or fraudulent information, and any lost package due to aforementioned reasons will not be refunded or reimbursed. It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always final sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
