Directions:
Trim eyelash to desired width.
Dispense a moderate amount of glue along the eyelash base. Allow 10-15 seconds for the glue to bond.
Apply to natural lash line and let set for 2-3 minutes before applying makeup.
To Remove: Use a gentle, oil-based eye makeup remover to release the glue. Avoid pulling to prevent hair loss.

Warning: Contains natural rubber latex, which may cause an allergic reaction in some individuals. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with lukewarm water. Keep out of reach of children.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always final sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Tools and equipment (e.g., dryers, irons, clippers, trimmers, scissors, blades, etc. But not limited to):
-They are always a final sale and only a defective one will be exchanged.
-Personal satisfaction does not warrant exchanges or refunds.
-If any item arrives damaged, customers must contact us immediately upon delivery. The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition. Once assembly begins or the item has been used, we are unable to verify whether the damage occurred before or during assembly, and returns or exchanges may not be eligible.

If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
