Silicon Mix Relaxer cream Super

 

Relaxer cream Super to straighten curly and frizzy hair. This “Super” variant is particularly suitable for hard and extra coarse hair.
The silicone and keratin in this product provide for improved protection and nourishment of the hair during the process of straighten the hair.
The conditioning effect makes the hair smooth and silky and gives it shine.

Directions: Apply a lubricant to hair line and nape. Divide the hair in four or more sections. Start the application from the nape to the forehead without touching the scalp. If hair has been previously relaxed, apply to new growth only.

Timing Guide:
Coarse Texture 18-20 minutes
Medium Texture 15-18 minutes

Important: After relaxing you must wash the hair with a neutralizing shampoo!
Only rinse the hair or washing with a normal shampoo is not enough. The neutralizing shampoo stops the process of the relaxer so the hair does not get damaged.
The neutralizing shampoo also brings the hair back to a normal pH value.

Warning: Wear gloves during application.
Do not use on bleached hair or irritated scalp.
Upon contact with the eyes clean immediately with water.

Tip: For added protection for your scalp while relaxing, you can rub your scalp with a thin layer of petroleum jelly (vaseline).

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If one or some of the information you have provide is correct, and delivery cannot be made due to an error or fraudulent information, and any lost package due to aforementioned reasons will not be refunded or reimbursed. In the event that a shipment is returned due to incorrect information provided, we kindly request that the customer bear the cost of return shipping as well as the re-sending fee, if applicable.

SHIPPING DELAY OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always final sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
