HOW TO USE
This extremely rich and nourishing oil can be used in a multitude of ways to meet the needs of various different hair types. This can be used daily to tame frizz and fly-aways, increase shine of braids and scalp, to aid in styling, and to help tame split ends.
For a deeper more nourishing treatment, the oil can be liberally applied to scalp, roots, and through to the ends for an overnight treatment. For best results, use oil daily for increased moisturization and monthly for a deeper treatment.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If one or some of the information you have provide is correct, and delivery cannot be made due to an error or fraudulent information, and any lost package due to aforementioned reasons will not be refunded or reimbursed. SHIPPING DELAY OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Return Policy

All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always final sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
