Use as a temporary daily hold or as a styling agent for your baby hair. Bold Hold Lace Gelly can be used in conjunction with lace adhesives/glues to provide the best possible application of a lace front wig/hair system. This product is water based and non toxic. Allow 5-to dry for 10 minutes for the Gelly to dry for best results. Bold Hold Lace Gelly is the perfect solution to your lace front needs. Your new go-to, styling and glue-less lace product! Not an adhesive, Bold Hold Lace Gelly is an alcohol-free gel designed to style baby hairs and provide a secure, temporary daily hold for lace front wigs and hair systems. Perfect for edge control. Skin-friendly styling gel! Unlike sprays and other styling products that can dry out and irritate sensitive skin, Bold Hold Lace Gelly is made with skin friendly, non-toxic ingredients and is 100% alcohol free. Don’t use around eyes or mouth. Always perform a patch test prior to use for sensitivity. Bold Hold Lace Gelly is manufactured in a FDA registered lab in the United States.

Step 1:ย ย Gently Clean the Skin With Soapy water.

Gently remove body oils from the area of application using 91% Alcohol or a lower percentage.ย ย You may use Seabreeze for a more gentle cleaning

Do not scrub the skin, may cause irritation upon application of the adhesive.

Do not apply to broken skin, acne, eczema, psoriasis, or overly sensitive skin.

Step 2:ย ย Always apply Bold Hold Skin Protect

Step 3:ย  Apply a thin layer of Bold Hold Adhesive to skin, up to 7 layers

Step 4:ย ย Allow adhesive to dry clear between layers

Never apply while your body temperature is hot.

Step 5:ย ย Apply Lace to Clear Bold Hold Adhesive

Dry with cool dryer and style.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

SHIPPING DEFAULT

If one or some of the information you have provide is correct, and delivery cannot be made due to an error or fraudulent information, and any lost package due to aforementioned reasons will not be refunded or reimbursed. In the event that a shipment is returned due to incorrect information provided, we kindly request that the customer bear the cost of return shipping as well as the re-sending fee, if applicable.

SHIPPING DELAY OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

We are pleased to offer our valued customers a store pickup service to make shopping more convenient. Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from the order amount before refunding it to its original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Return Policy

Wigs and Ponytail:
All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always ๏ฌnal sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.

โ€”You may obtain the Return Authorization Number through an application at HairMall.ca within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
