Vitale Breeze Shampoo

Vitale Olive Oil Breeze Shampoo with Tea Tree and Eucalyptus is uniquely designed to open cuticles and remove unwanted build-up and residue deposits from hair. Unlike many shampoos, Breeze Shampoo has a pleasant fragrance and it conditions the hair making it soft, easy to manage and tangle-free. It also prevents damage caused by ponytails, hair extensions, braids and wigs. Further it nourishes the hair for healthy sheen and improves the elasticity.

Directions

Directions: Wet hair thoroughly. Apply ample amount of Vitale Olive Oil Breeze Shampoo and massage hair and scalp gently while working into a rich lather. Allow lather to remain on hair for 3-5 minutes. Repeat if necessary. For excellent conditioning, use Vitale Olive Oil Hair Mayonnaise. For daily maintenance of your hair use the entire family of Vitale Olive Oil products.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped such as Canada Post, FlashBox, but not limited to. If regular shipping method is selected, items will deliver within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total dimensions, weight of the shipment, and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order for you convenience. We cannot group orders placed separately to one shipment, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

SHIPPING DEFAULT

If one or some of the information you have provide is correct, and delivery cannot be made due to an error or fraudulent information, and any lost package due to aforementioned reasons will not be refunded or reimbursed. In the event that a shipment is returned due to incorrect information provided, we kindly request that the customer bear the cost of return shipping as well as the re-sending fee, if applicable.

SHIPPING DELAY OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

It is rare for such delay, however, if merchandise is delayed due to shortage in inventory it may take longer than usual for delivery or we may cancel the order all together, in which case, purchaser will be refunded.

Store Pickup Order Policy

We are pleased to offer our valued customers a store pickup service to make shopping more convenient. Please note that if an order is not picked up within 30 days of receiving the notification email, that it is available at the designated store, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from the order amount before refunding it to its original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Return Policy

Wigs and Ponytail:
All Wigs and Ponytails are always Final Sale.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to take these back as we take pride in delivering products in its original condition; never been used.

Hair Extensions and Braiding Hair:
Any hair that is in its original condition, sealed, and is within 14days is available
for exchange or return.

Products:
-This includes all hair care products, soaps, and body products.
* Unsealed items are always final sale.
* If the product is in its original condition, sealed, and has been within 14 days,
there is a return, exchange option available.

Please note the following conditions:
If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with,
or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get exchanged for.

If the product is in any way damaged or tampered with, without a seal, or the seal has been broken,
it will not be available for any return, exchange.
— All product returns require a Return Authorization Number.
—You may obtain the Return Authorization Number through an application at HairMall.ca within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
— We are unable to take back unsealed products of hygienic and safety reasons.
